Member Directory Disclaimer

The American College of Cardiology ("ACC") provides the member directors ("Directories") as a member benefit for ACC members who desire to communicate and network with other ACC members and ACC Chapter Executives. The information contained in the Directories is voluntarily self-reported by ACC members, obtained from ACC membership applications, or obtained from publicly available information. The ACC encourages each member to update his/her profiles information as necessary to keep information accurate. ACC does not warrant or otherwise guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information maintained in the Directories. The Directories shall not be used for commercial, marketing, or credential verification purposes. Users are prohibited from republishing, reselling, or duplicating any content contained in the Directories for any purpose. Users are prohibited from accessing more than fifty (50) member records in the Directories in any twenty-four (24) hour period for any purpose; accessing more than this amount may result in suspension or termination of the User's access to the Directories without notice and at ACC's sole discretion. Applicable Terms and Conditions of ACC.org including but not limited to the Registered User Agreement apply to use of the Directories. Repeated and/or egregious violations of these terms and conditions governing use of the Directories may result in the suspension or termination of membership in the ACC, and all rights and benefits of membership, at ACC's sole discretion and without refund of any membership fees paid.

As part of our efforts to comply with new data protection & privacy laws, members with a European Union address have been temporarily removed from the member directory.
